My personal experience with hdfc has been very bad, these people charge very high service charges, and the worst is if you have taken their credit card, they charge you 4 times higher than other banks and keep on piling up interest without any reason, they have a number of unexplained new rules to extract money . for a credit card of 25000/- I was made to pay 32000/- extra apart from the principal amount . and there is absolutely no grace period given to fix the problem the moment you delay the payment by sing month you start getting threatening calls.
