HDFC Bank - According to me is the best Private Sector Bank in India, and this could be accredited for various reasons. The Bank is run by renowned Banking Professionals, and the team comprises of senior Banking Professionals from Citibank, Malayasia & Singapore. Mr. Aditya Puri - The MD of the Bank has rich exoerience in almost all aspects of Banking, and is properly aided by Mr. Paresh SUkthankar, who is the Head of Credit & Market Risk. The Bank has the least NPA Ratio , and the liabilities they had acquired from Times Bank has been provided for, and also has been recovered by the Recovery Team. The Financials of the Bank are strong in almost all aspects, and the bank's profitability and strength is apparent on the share price which is touching roof heights in almost all trading sessions. Customer Service is good in the bank, and they have a 24/7 customer call centre, which almost assists in all banking transactions. The Credit Card division also functions well, and they provide regular statements which are despatched by courier, and not even through regular post. I am banking with them for the past 4 years, and have found them to be one of the best. No hassles what so ever. Kudos to the Banking team, led by professionals.
