I am a HDFC Bank account holder since last 3 years, I have been opened this account via my company.
The good part about this bank is I get a personal loan very easily due to some offers going on.
Apart from that he HDFC Website sucks, with very poor User interface.
I have once applied for the lifetime free credit card, but I never got the credit card on my hand, never got to know why my application was declined from the bank itself. After waiting for some time when I called the customer care they said that your application was rejected, when I asked for the reason they said you will get a letter with the reason on your address.
However the letter never arrived.
