I am having salary account and Demat account in HDFC bank and I am very much satisfied with the service and facility. I dont remember a single instance where I have to visit the bank branch for any purpose.
The bank provides all the services via net banking and phone banking. Starting from opening of RD account or FD account or liquifying them all the services can be obtained via net banking.
The best bank with best service I must say. Its a go go bank from my end.
