A Small drop of water turns into a Ocean. Review on HDFC Bank

I have seen this bank from its infancy to what it is now. A leader in the Indian Banking Sector. In a highly competitive industry which is full of opportunities HDFC Bank has exploited this to its full potential. Earlier the bank had good personal bankers who interacted with the customers and built a big business consisting of customers from all sectors. I have utilized the phone banking many times and found it customer friendly and useful so is the ATM Service as it is faster. The Internet banking is a hit with many of my relatives who have accounts in them and so are their banking services. I would definitely request the bank to improve on the customer services which has been good but a lot needs to be done especially as a whole new market needs to be tapped in rural India. If the bank reaches the poorest of the poor and captures the rural market by providing a cost effective digital interface and educating customers it will prove a big business bonanza both for the HDFC and rural india. I am sure HDFC can take up this challenge due to demonitisation as it is a ideal situation.
