After lots of mails and call I got reply from one lady. After speaking to a rude lady, who told me to send all details like transaction receipt and transaction date in mail.
I phoned back and got talking to a girl who asked me to check my online balance had directly been lowered, as sometimes the 2 transactions show up but only one amount gets deducted.
I checked, both amounts had been deducted.
She said they will check the details against their own accounts and the money will be refunded within a few days.
Its almost 1 month left but there is no such reply from them.
