Hi friends, I am Naveen Kumar from Haryana. I have account in HDFC bank for 8 months. Before it I used to use SBI banking. HDFC bainking is more better in compare to SBI. It is simple to use and user friendly to join and use. I am using net banking, phone banking and other services of HDFC bank. All services are good to use. phone banking service use balance from mobile when we call to care which is not good thing. It is time of demonetization and people are facing problem to withdraw money from banks but I have withdrawn money many times from my HDFC branch without facing any issue. Without waiting so much time. After 8-10 peoples there was my turn in every time of withdraw. I am feeling good experience of using HDFC net banking service, it very easy to use and secure. Most important thing is that HDFC banks give credit cards to its user very easily and it is very comfortable to use. It gives best offers to purchase and shopping. HDFC bank ATM have good service in all areas. It's all ATMs always working 24*7 hours. In last I think HDFC have very good service of ATM, INTERNET BANKING, CUSTOMER SERVICE.
