HDFC bank is one of the leading and top bank in india.This bank has some nice features like online account form is available, best customer service.So here is my review of bank:
HDFC bank some staff good but few not co-operative with publi.Overall its good servicece though charges are relatively high.As the service is given and the timing from 8am to 8pm is not comparable to any one and all branches of HDFC are clean and clear.HDFC provides good facility like online banking, credit card, Mobile banking and many more.HDFC credit card has very nice offers on movie ticket, online shopping etc.
Customer care department was very polite and informative in solving my technical problems related to e-banking facilities.HDFC ATM's are available in all metro city and all are in good working condition but not available in small town.
If you want to open saving account in HDFC Bank then you have to pay Rs-10000 as fixed deposit, so this bank is not affordable to everyone.HDFC is very good bank in terms service and safety.
