I have an account in HDFC bank from last 5 years and its salary account means opened by my employer so I was very happy that I dont have to go through the hectic account opening process. The HDFC bank is also one of the well respected bank in INDIA apart from couple of issue and has lots of branches across the country.
The staffs are well trained and informative with always ready to help you. But I did not like everyone is always in verge of selling an insurance means its sometimes gets very irritating to talk with representatives in bank as they always ask about insurance yes I understand they have to do the business but its not good as a bank employee to sell insurance.
Overall a well respected bank with professionals.
