Punch line Centurion bank
The incidence that has prompted me to write happened yesterday itself. I along with my mom went to purchase a Saree for her. After going through the whole process of selection that took us an hour or so, we decided on the saree.
The cheque was placed and the sales person asked me sir cash or card I said card Centurian Bank Debit card and to my surprise on the first attempt I found the host is unreachable, this followed the second, third, fourth time …hey it was very embarrassing. I know of the technical process involved so asked the cashier to wait for 20 min or so and by that time the server link wud be up. We waited their just whiling away our time. After waiting for 30 min the link was not up, fortunately we were saved from the embarrassment as I was carrying just the amount of money that we required for the purchase.
This is not the first time I had problem with Centurion Bank at Bangalore they have only 4 ATM sites and that to don’t work, causing inconvenience for the customers.
Also a person who does not have an account with the bank cannot make a draft.
All this I have experienced in a very short span of my opening up an account with the bank
