Every day, we use to get offers from hdfc.com in our email in which they extend offers for home loans and land loans too at attractive rates of interest and most importantly, the loan is disbursed if found eligible, in three working days. But, I am quite disappointed with their service which I want to share.
I applied to HDFC, Bhubaneswar in June 2015 to buy a loan and the amount I requested was Rupees 10 lacs. They took almost a week to approve the loan and it was approved. After this, the concerned field manager needed to visit the site to verify it physically. They took another five days to do it. After that when I went to the office of HDFC, Bhubaneswar near Master canteen square, they said that my loan was disapproved and the reason being that there were no approach road to it. I asked the concerned manager to show the photograph of the land. he said that he had, but did not show it to me.
