I got the worst experience in this bank, I have an account of HDFC nanded branch, I got the bad experience when I was goto this bank to activate the phone banking on my account. they send me home 4 times due to there lunch break reasons and document reasons. after 25 days they activate the phone banking service on my account which is too lated. ATM service is also worst like phone banking service, only one ATM is present in the city which is not sufficient to withdraw money by many people. internet banking service was not bad but the intrest they give was less. customer service was bad, the employs of this bank have not manner that how to talk with customers they are rude.
