I have taken a Two Wheeler Loan from HDFC Bank. Its been a hell time with them. They have charged me rate of 10% plus hell LOT OF other charges.
REALLY PATHETIC !!!
I have cleared all my EMI's 2 months back and still following for my NOC Letter. The reason: They say a cheque bounce charges of Rs. 400/- which happened in June 2004.
REALLY PATHETIC !!!
They have not been kind enough to intimate me for all these months and upon inquiring by self (inspite of trying continously for 4 working days waiting for the bitch call center guy/gal to pick up and provide me the accurate details)
they told me (in 4th time) about this incident.
And more surprises to come !!!
Upon checking my bank statement it shows a cleared cheque amount exactly on the due date.
REALLY PATHETIC !!!
I STRONGLY ADVISE NOT TO AVAIL OF HDFC BANK SERVICE/LOANS ATLEAST IN THIS LIFE.
