Being a customer of the bank since 15+ years, I am satisfied with the bank. I wouldn’t say that there have been no issues with the bank. But, these issues have been generally resolved.
In the recent years, the quality of service has been good, but not extraordinary which the bank was once renowned for. In the recent years, queues at ATM’s have been bigger maybe because customers of all banks are able to withdraw from other banks’ ATM’s.
I have been a customer of Citibank for a few months and have found that the Internet Net Banking and other online systems of Citibank are more advanced and user friendly as compared to those of HDFC Bank.
To, conclude, the thing that matters most is whether the money that you have deposited in the bank is safe of not. Given the robustness of the bank as compared to many other banks, I can sleep well.
