I want to share my feedback with the higher management of HDFC Bank Credit Card Dept.
Before I start just to let you know I have been using my HDFC credit card from last 4-5 years and the kind of behaviour HDFC executive have shown to me. It is ridiculous and pathetic.
First of all from last one week I have been treated like a criminal by HDFC people. I have been getting calls from Collection Dept every now and then. Not only me, they are harassing my 55 years old mother as well. They are threatening us(Me & Mother) saying they will send a Bailiff at my door step.
So now let me explain what exactly happened I am using HDFC credit card and I bought one LED on EMI’s for 12 months. I paid first EMI in Aug 2015 as per telephonic conversation with HDFC executive. I suppose to make last payment the 12th EMI in July 2016 which I made on time. In July 2016 I called HDFC customer care just to make sure the all the payments are made and LED amount has been paid off. Agent from HDFC verified that LED amount has been paid off . There is one more EMI for microwen is still there till Dec so you can start making payment of 550/- from next month onwards. After verifying all the details I started making payments as they advised. Now they are calling me & my mother which stays in Calcutta and says you did not make the last payment of LED. So can somebody from HDFC Higher management please let me know why I am getting calls everyday? What is my fault? Forget about me what is my mother’s fault? How can you harass me and my family like this? I want all the recordings of telephonic conversation which I had with you guys. I will fight for this matter. Once I will resolve it. I will definitely charge you for mental harassment for Me & my Mother . How can you use customer’s personal data to harass the family member.
Which section of constitution has given you the right to do that?
And if I am in the conversation with Credit Card Dept and the matter is in dispute why the hell collection Dept. is calling us?
As per banking law till the time dispute is not resolved you can’t call the customer.
Please look into this matter and do some need full.
