HDFC lost/mispalced Original set of property doc. Review on HDFC Bank

I am one of the Senior Citizen who dreamt of having a house, under my custody, in Delhi. My dreams were shattered when I took a home loan and paid all the instalments, against which I received NOC from the bank but I would still recommend/suggest everyone, not to take home loan from HDFC.

If you have already done that, kindly follow up with them and confirm whether all your Important Documents (Original set of Property document, Mortgage papers etc.) are in a Safe custody or not. Reason - HDFC (Munirka, Delhi) lost / misplaced my Original set of documents, against which I took a home loan and have failed to handover the same to me even though I have fully paid my Home loan.

From the past 1.5 years, I have been struggling to get my Original set of documents but HDFC back and their non-respective personnel are unable to keep their promise of handing over the Property documents to me.

HDFC bank's top officials in Munirka Branch have ill-treated me and my family and I seek for a help/assistance from someone to look into my case and resolve it and provide me with the Property Conveyance deed/Sale deed from Delhi Development Authority (DDA) as HDFC promised/assured me to hand-over the same once I would clear all my dues in DDA. Onbank's recommendation,

I have paid all my pending dues in DDA and have provided the details to HDFC personnel a week ago. But so far, no further course of action has been taken.

I want an assurance from the HDFC bank that there would be no sort of loss to my property else HDFC bank has to pay for the damages and the final Conveyance/Sale deed from DDA.
