Hi friends,
I am using HDFC as my prime bank as it is my companies salary account is opened.I am using bank since 2 years plus. Each time for any assistance when I am calling the helpline I am getting funny answers. Recently when the ATM machine locked my debit card it the customer care executive Miss.Minal committed me that I will be getting the card back in 3 days time and she arranged to collect from the branch which is near to my residence instead of mailing me to my address to make the things faster. The great fun is happened after two-day.
I have reserved the flight to Delhi two days after the she committed .on the eve of my journey when I checked with executives about the same thing ,she told me that we are sorry, card went to chennai and it will take another two days.They can't even inform the customers unless and until you follow them up they will not speak to you.!!!! Foreign standard bank great...... I lost 25% of flight charge .Bank can't help it .After following up atleast 15 times a day, I asked her to connect to senior.
One idiot represent as asst.manager told me that she will call me in two minutes time after getting the details. But till now I have not received any call from this Ex-e-cuty -ieves...You can't speak to any one if you are using a prepaid mobile, they will keep you on hold till your balance money completed. Great idea na...The service industry is serve as ice industry in the case of HDFC CUSTOMER SUPPORT ..THE PHONE NUMBER IS 28561818..mumbai based calls will be handling by this idiots ..Still after 12 days I have not received my card. I don't know they will give me back.
No proper answer yet from any one. So don't keep money in HDFC it may make you useless when there is an emergency..
