HDFC bank is one of the biggest banking service provider of India. I am having an account in HDFC bank and here I am going to discuss some facts about HDFC bank. First of all the policies are not clear. Customer services are really pathetic. Branch availability is not good , you won't find any of the HDFC branches in towns.
Number of ATM machines are not sufficient although if you are an account holder of HDFC so it provides you a facility that you can withdraw money from any bank's ATM machine without any extra charge. Internet banking is really very disappointing . first of all if you are a credit card holder then you are going to face large number of issues regarding your bills. First of all you won't be able to see the whole bill of credit card . I won't recommend anyone of choose HDFC bank
