I have been customer of this bank since last 10 years, I have comfort of banking, in view to understand much better, I am giving it in clear stat
Personal banking: Very good in service in majority of branches, but their target will be to get deposit, account or selling a loan to you.
Phone banking: yes contact number is easy but IVR is too much lenthier, connecting to Customer care executive is not so easy in 5 min, but once you get connected your problem is closed minimum by 85%.
3.Internet banking: I rate this feature of HDFC bank with 9/10, in security wise, user interface, comfort, very much easy to common person also.
- Customer Service: I have noted that majority of cases we deal here will be dealt in benifit to Bank but not to customer.
Over all, HDFC bank is a good private bank to get an account, when you are OK with the Charges they have to maintain the account, with out knowing the charges, it is not correct way to open the account, as HDFC has good rapoo in collection of Charges.
