I have transferred my home loan from Axis bank to HDFC bank in the year 2015. HDFC bank provided me the top up loan which I was in need that time. My loan account number in HDFC is 61XXX09. Interest rate was also good at the time of loan sanction. Processing documents were very less and the loan procedure tool only 3 days to complete and my loan got approved with immediate effect.
They have provided me with online access to my loan account where I can easily check the loan account details, outstanding principle amount, request for provisional and loan statement, contact customer care and so on. Customer care is very supportive and never faced any issues as of now. My all the request got completed on time and all the queries were resolved to my satisfaction.
If you are looking to opt for home loan, HDFC is best option.
