However its been more then 20 days, that I have been exchanging mails from the bank & visiting the same to their local branch in our city about a small facility called MOBILE BANKING, which has as yet not been provided to me.
Neither is HDFC providing me the facility nor stating that it cant be provided, I am lingering since last almost a month when I finally decided to mail them & close my account as they have stopped responding to my mails since last 1 week to my last 5 mails.
All I have to say is ALL THAT GLITTERS IS NOT GOLD.
