HDFC bank is a worst bank. Their customer service is very poor. A savings a/c gets opened in maximum 3 days but HDFC bank took 4 months just to open a savings a/c. First they will keep harrassing to give your documemts twice thrice, then the customer relationship manager will visit to your place for verification and thats the only time when the customer relationship manager will come in touch with you. Then whatever be your problem they wont help. After 4 months it was opened when after 1st year I asked them to print and give my statement, so they made me visit the branch 4 times saying that our printer is not working.
Which bank is so irresponsible that they do not get thier printer repaired for 1 week.
