I will list some additional pain of dealing with this bank, read other reviews for the rest.
The working hours in Chandigarh are 9.30 AM to 4.30 PM for the branch I had to use(very inconvenient for office workers) The times I had to deal with the bank I had to bunk from office. Not a very pleasant situation.
I had wanted a bank statement for 6 months previous to the current six months. I had to fill in a request form and wait for nearly 10 days for it to arrive from the Bombay Office to the bank. So I had to keep calling/visiting the bank to find out if my statement had arrived.
If you request an account statement from any other branch than the one you have an account with, you have to pay charges.
Upload photo files with .jpg, .png and .gif extensions. Image size per photo cannot exceed 10 MB
