I had taken my car loan @ 9.90% p.a. from HDFC Bank last year for 5 years without preaishwaryasingh23ment charges. But now I was planning to sell my car thus I need to close my loan and accordingly I contacted customer care and clear my intention to close the loan. I was surprised to hear that in case I have to close my loan I need to aishwaryasingh23 preaishwaryasingh23ment charges @ 2% p.a. Therefore, I am thinking whether to close the loan or continue and because of that I missed a very good deal.
I would suggest HDFC Bank, not to cheat with your customers and don't just take signature on loan agreement from your customer with false statements.
I would recommend everyone to read agreement properly and than sign. Also recommend HDFC Bank not to give false statement mere to boost your business.
