HDFC bank given me life time free card based on salary account. Later on bank charge the fees and after raising complain they reverted back the fees but haven't reverted back the GST charges. Have called bank multiple time but they say Tax not going to be reverted after convening bank if fee is not charged buy to pay tax, bank agree to take complaint but keep on sending the statement now with added fine. I have cleared all dues which I used the card fir.
Looks like HDFC bank have new method to mint money from customer.
We aware for me it's low value bank and better to be alarmed for any business
