<b>The Best Bank Of India</b>. Review on HDFC Bank

So I am here again with another review on HDFC Bank, but this time I am writing something good about it...

It all started about 2 weeks ago. I was suppose to open the corporate salary bank account with HDFC , as per company's new policy .

After waiting for about 2 week ,I only got a mailer which contained with PIN No.,which made me worried because my salary was supposed to be transfered in my new account with HDFC.

Therefore I called up the phone banking number ,without any details like a/c no. ,customer ID etc.The ladywho recieved my call asked me for these details ,but as I did't had these things handy ,I told them I could only provide me with my name and my date of birth.

Now what I call the best customer services !!! She traced my A/C No. and my customer ID no. without even putting me on hold.She told me to verify my address ,when I told her my exact address ,then she told me that the address which they have got in their database is not matching,there was only a minor error i.e. instead of road no.4 they took it as road no.9 ,after verifing my mother's maiden name ,she told me that as my address never exsisted in road no.9,the welcome pack has been returned to their head office in Mumbai ,and she promised me that my problem would be solved within next 48 hours.

I was surpriced to get the courier with next 20 hours!!!!

Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The best service any organisation can give to a new customer

I had banked with almost every bank in India ,be it goverment , private or semi goverment ,but none of the banks in India can ever give this kind of good service to a new customer.

Banks are so selfish ,that they would only care for you if you are a good customer making heavy transaction ,they dnt give nay care to salary account holder.

According to me 1st impression is the last empression

The lady in the customer service was well educated and was able to speak very good English.Call the customer service of any other bank ,and you would really cry on the way they try to speak in English,sometimes I am ashamed to be an Indian when I talk to the morons sitting as customer care executive ,if you ask them what is the meaning of customer care ,their ans. is ????????????????????

HDFC KEEP UP THE GOOD JOB ,I AM VERY HAPPY
