Worst Bank - HDFC . Review on HDFC Bank

I found some good and bad articles regarding HDFC bank. I beleive those people who have good comments comes from the sector where they had done banking in nationalised/ govt banks.For those it is from Hell to Road. But people who have experience from other private banks compare HDFC as a worst bank.

Beleive me, HDFC's service is good only while starting of account only, no other service is good,I can tell it is even worst.

For eg: Just close HDFC bank account and try to get your remaining money.. you will be fed up.I am a person of having more accounts in same bank, but closed. It is the one of the worst bank in India now. Just ask their customer cell about any information, what they will do is collect your call number and tell that their person will contact you, which will never happen. Go to their branch, you will have to wait in like a strange place, no body to call.This is only an example.

Some people say that , see how good is HDFC, they are sending statements promptly!!!!, Dear friend in this computing world sending a computer generated letter very easy, even without a person you can handle it, but think about a human handling situation, your will experience the worst thing.

Another example, just try to call any HDFC branch, they will never take the phone,they make take after they have had fed up heard of ringing.

I am person who has experience in Customer Relationship Management. I can rate this a relly worst bank.
