Hi All,
I recently closed HDFC credit card as I had worst experience when dealing many things with HDFC credit card.
Rate of interest is too high compared to other banks. Also you cant pay due from other bank immediately.
Atleast it takes 3-4 working days to reflect in billing. Recently my savings account was blocked which I missed my card.
Eventhough I am genuine customer, customer care person called me n talked very rude manner that you have to make payment today itself.
Please dont go for HDFC credit card if you are not HDFC customer.
