I would like to share my 2 yrs exp of holding a HDFC bank credit card
- I got a titanium card due to min balance withthe bank, it came free
2.The card was delivered a little late but still since the person came home to fill app and did all the docs collection, it was ok, also since it was free
3.It came with a IBTC silver card, which was not used and now its taken off- which is the bad part
4.ease of making payments is gr8 if u have a bank acct with them. A couple of times I made payments late by 4-5 days and no interest was charged
- reward points scheme is not great- less choices and no increase based on spends
6.limit was decent also
7.No great offers on the card even though its claimed to be a premium- Titanium card
overall its a decent bet, but if ur looking for features and benefits- not much of use
Customer service is also ok - not bad
They are now offering an upgrade and hope its features are better. WIth premium cards we need offers and deals and also higher spends should get more reward points
ICICI jokers should learn from HDFC on how to manage things professionally
