My credit card was blocked on my request in May 2016, I have called your customer care executives several times but they fail to help, may be they are not trained really well to tackle a small issue, all they do is pass me a fake collection department no. I have already paid Rs 1200 for the card to be unblocked and re issued and I have requested the re issue of my card three times. I get no solution whatsoever, and then someone has the audacity to threaten me over the phone to pay my outstanding amount, I wish I could sue you people for harassment, fraud, worst service who prefer having teas on their desks then have an empathy for normal employees like me trying to earn their bread and butter.
