Hello i m from ahmednagar (m.s) i m using the hdfc bank credit card from last 5 years. Just last month i fail to deposit the amount of credit card. The collection department (female)started calling me......they started with lower class talk, , but the collection department are using language of lower grade people...
Who cant even speak neatly. I think that bank should educated to the collection department specially females to speak well...bcoz "the people represents the company""but the collection department are using language of lower grade people......who cant even speak neatly.
