recently I issued a credit card from my HDFC account having a limit of 1.15 lakhs from the Mazgaon branch which turned out to be really helpful to me for GRE applications I had to use it but due to some technological problems the transaction was cancelled but the amount got deducted I immediately called the customer care they were really helpful & guided me throughout the recovery process after it I have used it many times for online shopping & the results were really satisfactory.In my opinion HDFC provides you with the best of service when it comes to credit cards.According to me credit card should be from HDFC bank, they are nice and gentle, and they also provide so much cashback on many online or offline stores, Service is decent.Customer care is responsive.Whenevr I call them, they provide all information with a solution. I have reffered many friends too. I have earned 2000 rs.for every shopping I get minimum 5% cash back.for movie tickets I get 15% cash back.i have bought few products on emi as well and the intrest is nominal.fuel surcharge waiver given at rs 250 every billing cycle.the bill us also generated after 50 days which is 45 days for all the other banks.it is feasible product and it helps me a lot to meet my need.
