I have been using HDFC SNAP DEAL CREDIT CARD since August 2017.
My experience is extremely bad.
They use clandestine practices.For example, I have purchased furniture for Rs 58200.When I contacted them for converting this to EMIs, they said that currently it could not be done, no offers being available, WHERE AS there was offer available according to their website.I could not undertstand, why a person like me, not having defaulted any loan in his life, having VERY GOOD CREDIT SCORE, had to endure such a VERY bad experience from HDFC credit card.
Using HDFC SNAP DEAL CREDIT CARD, my choice is getting narrowed.If I want to redeem reward points, there is no way other than to spend it on SNAPDEAL.COM.
I have realised that the benefit, when I continue to use this card, is more to HDFC, than to myself.I have decided to soon cut this card to pieces, courier it to CARD centre, requesting for closure of this credit card account forthwith.
HDFC SNAP DEAL CREDIT CARD is good for nothing
