Hdfc bank credit cards. Review on HDFC Bank Visa Credit Card

Worst experience I had for banking with hdfc bank credit card I got a credit card with the limit of 25000 and used 22000.however I faild to pay few emis but I agreed to pay with whatever the penalties are but before paying hdfc started debiting the funds from sallery account even after informing to the hdfc persons then after I didnt minded and also I started receiving the letters from hdfc bank and with bankers name alka vijan and with the contact numbers the numbers never answered I ve been trying the numbers for a month continuesly to have a word and make it clear also tried contacting customer care numbers but never gets connected.However after attempting calls for many times I thought to have visit and to have a face to face interaction but after being to hdfc head office kanjur Mumbai and waiting for Ms.Alka to came for hrs a phone call comes and asks me to pay the so and so amount and then call back on the same number+91 22-33016801 to ask once but again it was not at all answered it was my worst ever experience that I borrowed 22000 from bank and I had almost paid double then the principal amount it will be my houmble request to all citizens not to prefer hdfc bank they never cared about the customers also I had uploaded the copy of the letter which I hadreceived all the Time.
