This card was very useful and convenient. I was happy. Later I had to change my company address, residence address, company e.mail id. This proved a challenge.
While Credit card companies like SCB & Citi change it over the phone with the necessary Authentication, our friendly Indian Company want us to download a form fill and sign a document. For Changing the Company e.mail id also they have made a big fuss. Now I have stopped using this card.
It looks like you have to seek HDFC permission to shift your house or your Job. Foreign Banks like SCB & Citi are more convenient in this regard.
