I deactivated HDFC Credit card some days ago as I was not happy with the service,
The customer service is not good, they honeypot and trick you in getting a Credit Card as they told me that it is totally free for lifetime but that is a lie,
The interest rate of HDFC credit card is very high compare to other bank,
They automatically activated Smart pay in my Credit card, which as result recharges my phone no, automatically after some days,
If you need cash and you withdraw using Credit card, they charges you very much,
I am not satisfied with HDFC Credit card at all and very disappointed,
So please stay away from HDFC Credit card.
