Have been using the card for past 8 years with total transaction of around 50 Lakhs. However, lately I have had 4-5 bad transactions and one of them have been pending for last 7 months, yes 7 months. Their customer support, grievance redressal, and principal nodal officer are clue less. Must have called them 20 times over 300 minutes, they never care to call you back.
They have given some stages of escalation, but it does not matter you hear the same story like machine is repeating. The principal nodal officer does not have time to take or make call.
So if there is one bad transaction, you had it and there is no solution in sight.
Terrible customer care who don't read mails and guess give standard reply to every one. They treat you like they are doing a favour by providing the account or Card.
If they can treat a customer of 8 years with such credit record, you can imagine how they treat every one else. That is the reason I closed the HDFC Bank account of 10 years, they never bothered to find out the reason.Charge you automatically but if you have to get it reversed, you got to visit the branch.Very Bad Experience and Avoid if you Can.
