I have a titanium international credit card and since the day I forgot my master card security code I have been running from pillar to post to regenerate a new code.
But all in vain nobody is ready to hear you even customer care lines go dead sometimes. At last I have to cut the card and return it and I have to apply for a new card from another bank. Really they are so aggressive to get a customer purchase a new card but don't care if he has to surrender and buy another bank's card.
This is the poorest customer care I have ever seen by an Indian firm.
