HDFC bank making their customer fools by giving a wrong impression as "2 reward points for every Rs.150 spent".
Without thinking more I have applied and got my Platinum Plus and used it for more than 1L.I have now 2000+ points. Here is the turning point. Eventhough you get 2 reward points the worth of each reward point is not even 50Ps. So we are fool.
I dont want to name the other bank which was giving 1 point for every Rs.100, where I can use my reward point adjust with outstanding balance. which is equal to Re.1.As another customer said that Rs.500 Lee voucher is 750 points for platinum customer and 1050 points for Classic customers, then why do you want to give equal points while spending? I just want to tell others that dont go by their ads which makes us FOOL.Please write your comments, just bang these banks and let them serve well for their customers.
