I am horribly unsatisfied with the service I am getting. Firstly the credit card benefits(eg- one on one movie tickets) was curbed. Then when I asked for revising my payment cycle from 29th of each month to 3rd or 4th of each month, bank refused and your customer executive told me that it is okay if you make the payment by 1st week of the month, which I was doing for so long. Now suddenly they are charging me INR 848 as LATE FEES, without any intimation.I When I had enquired about late fee charges, I was informed that it was INR 300. Now you are deducting such a huge amount. I was banking with HDFC because I believed that it was a reputed bank but now I am feeling that it just wants to loot their customers.
