I am using hdfc credit card from past 8 months iam bit confused at starting and no more compliments about the card.
Reward points is the best thing provided by the hdfc people and they will be remembering the balance payments with there last date through msg or e statement.
I am happy that each rupee I have spent in my card I will get through statement.
Hdfc service will be good .customer care service will be available at any time.
2 months ago I missed hdfc card then I called to hdfc customer care they responded very well with in a few secoundzms the card was blocked and they issued a new card with in 3 dayz from the blocking.
So I gave reference to mg boss tk take hdfc credit card he is using card now.
I dont have any problem till now with hdfc credit card.
