I was using the HDFC Bank Credit card before 2 years . but I don't believe this card. Once the fraud is to be happend by my card . I have never share any details with anyone . I always talk to customer care and only customer care knows my card details. I have disputed to hdfc bank and the team enquired, finally return my money after 5 month. it's approx 10000 rs fraud. Customer Service is not good and when you call the customer care he will offer you other plan, my card is lifetime free . and finally I strictly prohibited to use the hdfc credit card. I have 6 other bank credit card. and one more bad thing if you want to cancel your card so forget them because he never close your card.My other credit card good like ICICI, RBL, HSBC . but as per my view I am not satisfied with HDFC Bank.
