My payment due date is 27th of each month and and don't receive my credit card st. on time (through post or through email). People who answer our calls don't transfer calls to their TL/Manager so that we can escalate our complain. They promise a call back but we never receive a call back.
We are made to pay are credit card bill without knowing what my bill is for. I am just not happy with the credit card customer service department.
