- I had worked before in hdfc bank.
the good aspect of hdfc bank- 1} provide opportunity to new comer. 2} teach you about their products 3} show how to be a banker.
The bad things of hdfc bank- 1}senior employee uses your influence for their target. 2} they don't make you apart of company, they always traget to get rid of after using your influences for thier business. 3}senior mannagement also not involves in your problem to shelter you from your bosses. 4}human resource management not going to hear your problems.
They prefer always your bosses. 5}hdfc bank makes you out of their company by making thier own reasons. 6} they don't see the right of the employee. 7}bosses is always buys in offices but they don't teach you on the field. 8}wihout teaching they expect business every second from you. 9} bosses makes always fake meeting discription, to their employee on the field to show in senior management. 10} their is no space to argue or clearify you point.*i would prefer my friends but for very short period because I know the result is always the same.
- My first company that I joined is hdfc bank. but the experience that I got is very pathetic 1} my senior boss ASM, newer teach me how to be in the field only makes me absent in front of my colleague. 2} I had worked hard at my level, but my boss always expect a lot, he didn't give their time in the field. always sitting in chambers calling for business. 3}don't ever join HDFC bank as sales employee contractual basis.
