I bought this tablet from a Computer Store, Nehru Place, Delhi in 2012 worth Rs 7800. This tablet was the first tablet I bought and my expectations are not so high. I was expecting normal working from this tablet but this tablet was not up the mark even in light usage means small apps and not rough usage.
One of the main drawback in this tablet was that this tablet didn't support android play store.
If I talk about its battery back up after full charge, it last long for nearly 2 hours only.
I take this tablet to the service center, when I reached there I was surprised after watching that many other guys were also have the same tablet and they were also facing different problem in the tablet like heating problem, sudden power off etc.
And one of the guy was complaining that his tablet was not working properly ever after service at the service center.
From that day to till now I didn't buy any HCL product after experiencing poor service center support of HCL.
