My friend bought HCL ME tablet model number AM7-A1 on june 17 of 2013. It worked smoothly for ten days but then stopped working at all.
To complain against the same, we went to the Noida branch of HCL. The product was under full warranty so they said that they would replace it with a new one and kept the old one with them. After that they tried to give me an old tablet as a replacement but we refused to accept it. After three months on October 14, they did replace his tablet with a new one .But the replaced device did not work well for even a moment.
The moment we left the showroom it got switched off and didn’t work at all. We immediately went back and registered a complaint. They again kept the faulty device. After about a month they gave him another tablet .This one also had a same problem and stooped working after ten days. After long struggle they gave him a new one which worked 6 months and having same problem it switches off’s automatically and switch on itself.
