Where do I start I have started going to the gym since the last week and I must say that my experience has been very good not only the gym has been very beautifully built the Machines there are also very modern the instructor that I got is also very helpful and very knowledgeable he has a vast knowledge regarding what he should instruct those who are coming to the gym the training which I have been given is not very tiring and not very tedious it leaves it leaves me calm and rejuvenated
