My marriage was near I wanted to look my best in my marriage. The best was to get some strength and do some exercises in GYM to stay fit and healthy too. I enrolled myself in Golds GYM in kolkata as it was nearby my place. After my office hours, I used to do 2 hours of Gym daily. They provided me a personal trainer too who guided me on my diet, exercise and weights. I used to get started with warm up exercises, stretching and couple of minutes on Treadmill.
The extensive training part only included was cardio. I wanted to have Zumba too, which I got for couple of days due to my work timings. The trainer guides well and was friendly so that could share and talk with him freely. The music and sound tracks played while gyming were also very soothing and nice. My trainer suggested me to have my fiancée enrolled as we could get time with each other daily while gyming and she could also remain fit, which was a nice idea. She also enrolled herself and I must say the couple of months of Gyming helped us look good and fit in our marriage making us glow more. All thanks to gym n slim
