I don't know from where should I start, This company is nothing good in it. for Example, HR has no idea, how to handle office-related matters,
HR told others to come on time, But the funny part was she is always late.
Salary never on time.
They want you to work no matter how ill you are or you are facing Life-threatening situations( Talking About General Strikes)
There is no management( I walked out due to the so-called CEO failed to provide me a basic explanation regarding why my salary was late),
They won't clear the dues of their former employees, If you are a former employee, and want to discuss with the management regarding your dues, they don't even allow you to enter the office. Even one of them files a case against them in the Labor forum,
They use PR agency or fake rating companies for their APP to show a healthy rating in App store, Their Operation head Ankita, don't have the basic manners how to reply to the customer( Actually there is no Operation team)
They use fake student profiles to lure the teacher, Their employee Rohit Gupta featured as a student in their website,
There is a ton of unsettled settlements, once you enrolled and invest your money, It good as gone, They never refund a single penny.
If a tutor put a bad review, They called them and threatened them.
About management, If I compare the management with a dustbin, the dustbin will win the race, The management consists of DIPAK JHA, DIPWANITA ROY, They are basically fraudsters, They scam people, Before enrolling they talked with the customer very politely, but after the customer paid, they don't give a damn,
To my fellow developers, Don't invest your time and energy in this company, You never get your salary on time and once you enter this company, you just lost your rights as an employee, I lost my 1 Hardworking month salary,
To the teacher, If you want to lose your money, be my guest.
