They do not know what customer service means. The owner doctors are only interested in making money. They only book appointments 3 months in advance. If you book an appointment same day they will say they have booked but it is the non-booked appointment.
The difference between a booked & non-booked appointment is just a couple of hours of wait. A typical non-booked appointment that you take here means: wait of 3 hours before you get your bio done and the person doing your bio will also put in his/her diagnosis.
The star doctor then just reads out the diagnosis. This he does standing and take 10 secs and asks another junior doctor to explain more to patience if she asks questions and vanishes to another 10 sec of fame with another patient. I don’t understand why people are queuing there to pay for diagnosis of some unknown nurse or junior doctor. Also did I mention they do not have any space for patience vehicle parking and their area of location has frequent vehicle lifting by traffic police. Overall experience – harassing
